Properties: acrid, slightly warm, slightly sweet, neutral
Channels: Liver, San Jiao, Spleen
Key Characteristics: Moves qi, also important for gynaecological qi obstruction.
Additional Notes: This is the prepared form. We prepare our Xiang Fu with wine, vinegar, honey and ginger to make Si Zhi Xiang Fu (four-prepared Xiang Fu) to assist its effects in moving qi, opening the San Jiao and stopping pain.
